Worshipping through Music at St. Philip-in-the-Fields Proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through song, the music program continues to be an integral part of the worship service at St. Philip’s as it has since its founding. Whether as a choir member or a handbell ringer, each musician young and old forms a musical relationship with God, Praying through song. In addition to supporting the weekly hymn tunes, choir and handbell ringers give freely of their time and talent to lend to the spirituality of each weekly service through anthems and song.
